On the run (homeless part 2)

I crouched in the dark shadows feeling his warm breath on the back of my neck. The cop car pulled by the ally way, and we waited till it was gone.

"We can't keep doing this Jacq," Xander whispered into my ear. He had kept the dark jeans from Jane and Mike, but had snagged a dark t-shirt and gray jacket.

"What do you want to do Xander? Go back with them?" I asked.

He sighed, "No."

"Come on then." I peered around the corner checking to make sure there were no patrol cars. We made our way into the crowded streets merging with the other people. I took a glanced behind us and cursed under my breath.

"Snatchers," Xander said as we started to pick up the pace. We weaved in and out of people making sure not to leave a gap for them to follow. I looked over my shoulder with no sign of the Snatchers.

"Xander..." I trailed off slipping my hand into his.

"I know," He replied giving my hand a reassuring squeeze. We came to a stop at a crossing walk were a group of people were gathered.

"I have a bad feeling," Xander whispered as the light to walk turned.

"Xand.." Someone grabbed me hard from behind by my mouth with a cloth. The smell of chloroform filled my nose and everything started to fade to black.

"Jacq!" I heard Xander shout from the distance.

"No," I mumbled hitting out weakly against the person holding me. I heard him laugh as I slipped into unconsciousness.

(Xander)

I felt Jacq's hand slip from mine and whirled around as something hit me hard in the stomach. I gasped doubling over for breath.

"You stupid, pathetic boy," The man stood over me wearing a long black trench coat and dark shades. You could see his golden tooth when he smiled. I looked past hm seeing his partner dragging Jacq's unconscious body toward a waiting car.

"Your the stupid and pathetic one," I spit back at him, "didn't they tell you who you were messing with when he took this job?" The man looked at me puzzled, and I took the chance. I swung my feet out hitting him in the back of the knees. He fell forward, and I thrusted my hand down on his neck. He collapsed to the sidewalk unconscious. I took off running down the street toward the car as it started to pull away.

"I won't loose her," I panted under my breath gaining speed. I leaped out barely grabbing the side of the car as it speed into traffic. I heard the frantic shouting from inside as the window was rolled down.

"Let go of the car boy," A man with a dead Scottish accent said holding a gun to my chest. I could see Jacq laid across the back seat.

"Let the girl go first," I demanded hoping I wasn't making a big mistake.

The man laughed, "She's the main one the Mr. and Mrs. want you think I'm going to just give her up? No way." I heard the sound of the gun go off, and someone scream from inside the car. Shearing pain ran through my stomach as I lost grip of the car and fell to the dark asphalt.

Homeless or so I thought ( Homeless part 1)

I dashed around the corner into the dark, dead end alleyway. My feet pounded hard on the concrete, and my breath came out in heavy pants.

"Stop her!" A bulky man shouted behind me, "She has nowhere to go!" I smiled to myself as I picked up speed and used my momentum to propel myself up the wall. I swung myself onto the roof with a grunt. I starred back over the edge at the angry faces of the police.

"You can't run forever!" The chief police shouted.

I laughed, "Watch me!" I spun around hitting into something hard. I fell on my butt hanging over the edge of the roof a bit. I cursed as a rough hand yanked me to my feet. I started to fight against the person holding onto me, but couldn't find any contact.

"Resisting is useless," A deep voice said. I looked up at a bald man with a scar running down his left eye.

"Let. Me Go!" I hissed tugging against his iron grip.

"I'm sorry, I can't do that," He replied, "I've been instructed by my clients to bring you to their suite. Why they want a filthy child like you is beyond me." He looked me up and down with disgust. My dark brown hair was pulled into a long braid running down my back. I wore a dusty black tank top and cargo shorts. I had barely snagged a new pair of sneakers. The man wheeled me around binding my hands behind me. He lead me through a door on the roof, down some stairs, and out the entrance doors where a limo with blacked out windows waited.

"Get in," The man commanded as he opened the door. I had never been inside a limo before. I understood why now. The smell of new leather mad me gag, and the music coming from the speakers gave me a headache. The bald man noticed my uneasiness and turned off the music and rolled the window down a bit. I still didn't like him. It was only a few blocks till we parked in front of the only rich hotel in the city. Only ten levels and two hundred rooms. I had snagged a few bucks around here from some stupid rich people.

The man yanked me from the car and up the steps of the hotel. The doorman looked at us curiously and opened the door for us. A giant chandelier hung in the entry way, and I wondered how much one of the crystals on it would pay. Adults in fine clothing sat in private lounges being served by butlers. We boarded the elevator that was made of completely of glass looking out over the city. The elevator rose to the top level where only on door was. The imperial suite. A butler opened the door before the bald man could knock.

"Ah! Solomon! Back so soon?" He said with a weird accent.

"I have the girl don't I George?" Solomon insisted, "Where's Jane?"

"In her study. Where else?" Solomon shoved past him dragging me along. The entry way opened into a hallway leading into a living room that opened up onto a wide balcony. We stopped in front of a door off to our right. Solomon knocked on the door.

"Enter," An elegant voice replied.

"Behave," Solomon hissed in my ear, and I glared at him. He opened the door to a small study with an oak desk in the middle, filing cabinets in one corner, and a shelf with some books in the other corner. A lady with glossy black curled hair sad behind the desk. She wore a plain read shirt showing off her model figure. She starred up at us over a pair of black glasses that she some how made look good. Something about her made me have a sudden distaste toward her.

"You found her!" She exclaimed jumping up from the desk. She walked over to look me over. She was at least an inch or two taller than me, but not by much. She wore black slacks, and a pair of heels I would never wear.

"Hello my dear," The woman said, "I'm Jane Chase, Your new mother." I raised an eyebrow looking her up and down.

I scoffed, "Since when? If you haven't noticed I'm not an orphan." The lie was smooth, but I couldn't tell if she bought it. She gave a small smile shaking her head. She didn't buy it.

"Oh my dear child I saw you on the street. You stole my bracelet," She said.

"I don't steal from anyone lady," I hissed.

"Then where did you get those sneakers?" She pointed down to the black and blue Nike shoes I wore. Not even dirty yet. I clenched my teeth hard together glaring up at her.

"Your my daughter now," She said, "Try and run away, and I'll find you again. Show her to her room Solomon." Solomon grabbed my arm, but I tugged away.

"I hate you," I spit at Jane.

She grinned, "You'll learn to love me over time." I let Solomon guide me out of the study and down the main hall. We took a right down a small hall with only a door on the left and in front. Solomon opened the door to the right and untied my hands.

"Feel free to do what you want. Just remember what Mrs. Chase said," He said. I rolled my eyes as he closed the door. The room was bigger than the places I would find to hide in during the day. A big canopy bed took the main part of the room. It had black curtains around it and deep red bedding. The floor was a light wood. A tall wardrobe was off to my right and I walked over to it. Inside was a platinum screen tv with a cable box and xbox. I closed the doors and looked back into the room. The wall across from the door was all window bringing light into the room. A pair of double doors was off to the left of it. I walked over and opened them revealing a walk in closet. Dresses and frilly clothes lined the racks, and I couldn't help but gag. I closed the doors knowing I would not be stepping back in there for a while. Another door lead into a bathroom with a walk in shower, bath tub, and a vanity sink area.

"Wonderful," I said out loud, "Rich people."

"So your the new girl," A voice said from the doorway. I turned to see a boy with dark black hair wearing dark jeans and a flannal shirt. His bright green eyes seemed to stand out from the rest of him.

"And who wants to know?" I questioned crossing my arms over my chest.

"The names Xander, you are?"

"Jacq, short for Jacqueline, but call me that and I'll kill you."

He laughed, "You better get changed. We have to met 'Father'." He exaderated the title with air quotes.

"Well I don't give a crap," I replied, "He'll have to deal with how I look."

Xander shrugged, "Suit yourself. Come on then." I sighed following him out of the room. We made our way down to the lobby of the hotel where Xander greeted several adults as we entered the resturant.

"You're quite popular around here," I noted.

"It's not me that's the popular one it's our parents," He remarked. He lead the way to a private room where Jane sat with a man with nicely combed brown hair and wearing an outfit similar to Xander's.

"Here they are now," Jane announced grinning up at us. I glowered at her as we slipped into the seats across from them.

"You were right about her dear," the man said smiling at me, "She's beautiful."

"The opposite is to say about you," I retored.

"Be careful Mike, she's got a wild tongue," Jane warned.

He laughed, "Matches her beauty." I groaned throwing my feet up onto the table. Xander's eyes widened as "my parents" gasped.

"Do you have any manners?!" Jane exclaimed.

"Do you have a heart?" I retorted. I watched as Xander tried to hide the smile creeping onto his face.

"Well," Mike said, " We're going to have to do something about your attitude."

"Why don't you look in the mirror? I think you missed something in your last plastic surgery. How about that for a change." I saw the muscles in his arm tense and doged his hand as it rammed into the wall. He let out a gasp of pain and grasped his hand close to his body.

"I've lived on the streets all my life idiot," I growled, "I don't need you and your petty wife to help me out. I'm leaving now." I jumped over the table landing in a crouch next to the door. I turned looking at Xander.

"Your welcome to come," I said. He took one looked at Mike and Jane and followed me out the door.

Boredom

Well I got a laptop for Christmas, and I'm bored so I bring to you a random story! Yay!

I sat in the jail cell on the bench my knees pulled close to me. I sighed rubbing my hand over my hair that was pulled back into the long braid reaching down my back. My clothes were crusted in dried blood and dirt causing images to flash before my eyes. The door to the room clicked open and a boy with jet black hair and dark eyes walked in.

"Well well well, Looks like we finally caught the little brat," He mocked standing in front of me, "Anything you have to say for yourself?"

I glared up at him with hatred, "Go crawl back into the hole you came out of Lucas."

He laughed, "Oh come now. I thought you'd be happy to see me again."

"You of all people I would love to see," I replied, "dead."

He frowned getting close to my face, "I wouldn't be mean If I was you Xandra. You're not the only one we caught." My eyes widened as he stepped away from me and walked out the door.

Stormy day

I wrote this when I was bored at my great grandma's. Please tell me what you think. :)

The rain poured down heavily on the window outside. The small house was filled with silence as I sat in the living room on the laptop. No internet connection so I was left with finishing up some reports for the society. The woman in the other room is one I don’t know well. She is said to be the mother to my grandmother on my father’s side. My memories of her are vivid and detailed. Her kindness when our parents passed away.

“Jade,” I heard her soft voice call from the other room. I sighed setting down the computer and going into the other room.

“Yes?” I said standing in the door way leading into her room.

“Come here child,” I walk over to the side of the bed where she is propped up on some pillows, “I know you don’t want to be here. I don’t blame you, but I want you to know that I know about the Jet society. I know that you would rather be out fighting off some creature then sitting here taking care of an old lady.”

“No it’s…”

“Do not say it is fine,” She commanded letting out a horrible cough, “I knew your great grandfather. He and I were supposed to be married.”

“What?” I gasped.

“Didn’t know that did you?” She laughed, “Yes, but he married that other girl Maria and when she died he ended up taking my hand for the sake of the child she had barely had. You grandmother was a beautiful child, but had the same intentions as her parents. She fell in love with young man and ended up giving birth to your father. Bad luck runs in your bloodline. Everyone always dying.” She coughed, and I looked at her worried.

“You, dear girl, are much different then them. You still have that spirit in you, but you have a purpose. There is a great war coming. You will be faced with great challenges. You will lose many friends, but will gain and army in the end. Don’t trust anyone not even the ones you love.” She took in one final breath and let it out her eyes loosing they’re light.

Kidnapped (part 2)

My friend really wants me to do more to this so I'll see what I can pull out. Hope you like it ;)

I woke up on a cold metal ground. A jail cell I suspected. My left arm burned with pain as I tried to move it. I let out a shaking breath holding it close to my side. I compared it to my right arm and confirmed it was defiantly broken. I slowly got to my feet as best as I could a spotted a door with a small window in it. The window over looked a catwalk that hung above a deserted construction line. I reached my hand down to the door handle and twisted the knob. It moved with little ease and the door opened.

"That is not a good sign," I said out loud. I walked out onto the catwalk shutting the door behind me. My senses went on high alert to the different sounds throughout the abandoned factory. The steady drip of water from a pipe below, the howling wind outside the building, the steady swing of chains, and the soft murmur of voices in a room below. I could see the light from the small office, and shadows passing by the dust plastered window.

"What do you plan to do with her sir?" A voice asked. A figure kept pacing back a forth in front of the window.

"I plan to make her pay," I heard Ander's voice say, "I know she likes me."

"Are you sure about that sir? I mean she did say-" The voice was interrupted by a crash.

"Do not underestimate me!" Ander shouted, "You would be surprised what power I can control." I felt my eyebrows furrow with confusing, but didn't think more about it. I crept along the catwalk to the ladder leading to the bottom floor. I carefully moved down the ladder cradling my arm. I stepped onto the main level and looked around the area. The factory was around the size of a football field. I went in the opposite direction of the office light searching for a door and some kind of weapon.

"Nothing," I said cursing under my breath. I heard the door of the office open and dove underneath one of the construction lines.

"I swear I heard something," I heard Ander say. The sound of his foot steps grew closer till I could see his feet standing next to where I hid. I squeezed my eyes shut, begging he didn't see me. I felt something tug me up by my hair till I stood in front of Ander.

"You thought it would be that easy? I can hear everything!" Ander explained.

"Are you sure?" I questioned. A whoosh sound came as I snapped out my wings. I kicked Ander hard in the chest propelling myself into the air.

He scowled up at me, "Where do you have to go Jackson?"

"Up," I replied flapping my wings till I crashed through the glass cieling above.

Sanditron Chapter 3: A task

The boy sat in the tall back seat starring at the lite circle in front of him. Memories flashed in front of him.
"Are you sure your up for this?" The General standing in the dark beside the boy asked.
"Do I have much of a choice?" The boy shot back. He ran a nervous hand through his pale white hair. Another horrible memory. That day was so vivid to him. The pain still there where the scar on his neck was.
"I will make her regret what she did to me," The boy insisted.
"Do you still have feelings towards her?" The General questioned. The boy pinned him to the wall by his neck closing off his air ways.
"I hate her with every bone in my body," The boy hissed in the General's ear," Don't you ever ask me that question again." He released his grip, and the General slid to the ground unconscious. The boy moved back by the chair gripping the arm rest for support. The door behind him opened.
"It's time," The messenger announced.
The boy sighed, "I'm ready."

Random day dream

Thought of this when bored today. Check it out.

The soft rumble of the engine cause my feet to move. The music drifted from the speakers, but it was as if I didn't hear a thing. He was driving as I starred out the window, and they laughed in the back. It all seemed distant. Memories flashed before my eyes. The fear of the place we were going. I let out a deep sigh looking up at the starry sky.
"You ok?" Alex asked. He didn't look away from the road, but I could feel his concern.
"No," I sighed, "Not really. A bit nervous."
"Has he been bothering you lately?" He questioned.
"No. But it's as if he's watching me," I replied.
"What's going on?" Ever asked from the back seat as Jack licked his hand and wiped it on her, "Oh your going to get it now!" The started a battle it seemed trying to see who could get the better lick in.
"Those two are crazy!" Alex exclaimed, "They're your best friends?"
I laughed, "Sadly." I grinned, and he smiled back. His eyes suddenly drooped, and he slumped forward over he wheel.
"ALEX!" I shouted. I gritted my teeth grabbing onto the wheel. His foot was stuck on the pedal sending out speed racing. I weaved trying to avoid other cars.
"What happened!?!" Ever shouted from the back.
"I don't know just get him out of the seat or we all die!" I barked. Jack quickly reclined the chair as Ever slid Alex's unconscious form from the seat. Flashing lights appeared behind us as I slid into the seat bringing the car to a stop on the side of the road.
"Crap," Jack huffed under his breath. The cop got out of his car coming around to the window. I didn't even bother with the window, but got out of the car.
"Can you explain to me why you were driving so fast miss?" The officer asked.
"My friend suddenly passed out in front of the wheel sir," I explained, "I don't know what happ..." I trailed off spotting the boy standing across the street. I didn't care about the officer anymore. I took off running hearing shouts from behind me. I followed him down the streets of the town till he stopped at a deserted park away from town.
"I'm going to kill you!" I exclaimed, "Are you crazy! You could have killed us!"
He laughed, "It would have been worth it!"
"Why?"
"I'd rather see you dead than with him."
"Why do you care!? We're not even together, let alone friends! And don't think I haven't seen you watching me! What is your problem huh? No girl good enough for you?" His jaw clenched in anger at the words I spoke.
"You don't know anything."
"Oh I don't!? I think it's the other way around Raja. You can't seem to know when to leave me be! Be lucky I don't take you out right here."
"Jade!" Ever shouted at the entrance of the park. I turned to see her running towards me followed by Jack and Alex.
"What did you do that for? We had to explain a ton to the Police," Jack said.
"Sorry I had to go after this-" I turned around to find him gone.
"Are you ok?" Ever asked.
I sighed, "I have no idea anymore."

New story idea! YAY!

I've had writer's block for a week or so now! I finally got the best story idea from my horoscope the other day! Here's what I got!

The war ragged savagely outside. Fires lite the sky with a dark red. The color of anger and hatred. The man looked down at the dwindling guardians fending off the dark forces.
"Sir!" A young girl dressed in white burst into the room carrying a small bundle in her arms, "They've broken through the back!"
"Block the door," The man commanded, "We have to protect her." They shoved a desk and shelf in front of the door and anything else they could find.
"Hand me the child," The man insisted. The young girl handed the small bundle over. The man starred down at the small sleeping girl. The glowing white and red sideways S still clutched in her small hands.
"She knows of her responsibility," The women said peering over the man's shoulder.
"It is a great one," He sighed. Pounding came on the door followed by foul cursing.
"We don't have much time," The young girl gasped, "What are we going to do?"
"We much leave," The man replied, "Only she can stay. She must learn about these people. Come. They will not harm her." The man placed the girl in a small basket on the desk and grabbed the young girl's hands.
"Feelaneekeek," The man muttered. A bright light surrounded the two as the door burst open. The light disappeared as the soldiers in red swarmed the room.
"Meloopvikeek," A women in red armor and cape barked. The soldiers moved to the sides as the women made her way to the basket. She starred down at the small child with dark brown eyes holding onto the sideways S. Half red, half white.
"What should we do with it my lady?" The General asked.
"It, General," The women said, "Is a baby girl." She reached down into the basket and pulled the girl into her arms. The girl didn't cry. How odd, the women thought.
"I will take this child as my own," The women announced, "She shall be the next ruler of our empire."
~16 years later~

Winter forest

I trudged through the heavy knee deep snow feeling like I was being watched. Which was true. I wore complete white snow gear and my dark hair was pulled up into a white hat. I held my bow tightly armed with an arrow. A twig snapped off to my left, and I whirled to point my bow in the direction.

"Whatever you do, don't kill me," Jake pleaded holding his hands up in surrender. I laughed running to give him a hug. I pulled away and slugged him hard in the arm.

"OW! What was that for?" He exclaimed.

"Your late!" I shot back, "Any idea where Eva is?" An arrow lodged into the tree next to me, and I turned around searching for her.

"Good luck finding me," Eva said, "You know better than that. I'm an expert at camouflage."
"Well you know better that my hearing and speed is good."
"Crap!" I landed on top of her sending us both tumbling. We stopped at the bottom of a tree laughing.
"Ok," Jake said, "Enough goofing off. We have training to do." We both nodded.
"Free for all?" I asked.
"Sounds fair," Eva said fixing her quiver, "Last one standing?"
"Five minutes to hide," Jake said, "Go!" We all took off in separate directions. I swung myself up
into the trees jumping from branch to branch. I kept track of the time in my head till five minutes was up. I took a deep breath pulling my scarf around my mouth. I kept a 360 vision of the area trying to keep an eye out for movement. I could hear a bird call from above, a rabbit bounding through the underbrush, and the deer on the hill side eating the little twigs off the trees. A dark figure moved quickly from a tree a bit off from me. I tried to focus on the area, but saw no more movement. Something crashed from above me, and I didn't have time to react before I was smashed to the ground.
"Jade!" I heard Jake exclaimed. My arms were pinned constricting me from reaching my dagger. I starred up at the figure dressed in identical clothing like mine, but in black. The only thing I could see were dark hazel eyes. The figure moved quick leaning close to my ear.
"Don't tell anyone about it," He said. He quickly pulled away and disappeared. Jake appeared next to me and helped me up followed by Eva.
"What the freak was that about?" Eva demanded.
"Your guess is as good as mine," I replied.

Hatred

I stared at the boy in front of me. Gripping hard to the dagger in my hand causing my knuckles to turn white. I panted hard letting out foggy breaths. The night air was chilling running through my hair. The gash in my right leg burned and soaked my pants with dark rich blood. His face held no emotion. His short slightly blond hair, pale green eyes with the thin gold rim, everything about him made me hate him more.

"Why can't you understand?" He tsked.

"Because I don't have to!" I exclaimed, "Because I hate you and want nothing to do with you!" I clenched my teeth hard trying to keep myself under control. I couldn't stand him.

"Your so beautiful when your mad," He sighed.

"SHUT UP!" I shouted charging toward him. He side stepped bringing his foot around into my back. I gasped falling to the ground. He towered over me the full moon outlining his tall form. He unsheathed a thin black dagger. He let out a sudden gasp as a arrow produced from his shoulder. His eyes rolled back into his head, and he collapsed to the ground.

"NO BODY EVER TOUCHES HER!" A voice barked. Jake walked over to me helping me stand. I wrapped my arms around his neck trying not to cry.

"He's going to regret hurting you," Jake growled, "I promise he will never hurt you again." He held my chin in his hand and kissed me. Taking away the pain I had held inside for so long.

Sanditron. Chapter 1: Unwelcomed guests.

"Jets!" I barked into my headset, "Report!"

"Left side of target," Raja said.

"Watch it!" Jake hissed, and I heard a whooshing sound, "Luke and I are behind it, and I might die and not from the Idron." I smiled wondering what they were doing.

"Right side," Violet whispered.

"Front side," My twin Ever said next to me.

I nodded, "Move in." We moved forward creeping through the under brush. We crouched in a wild berry bush on the edge of the clearing. A small creek ran through the clearing, and I could see the Idron sitting next to the creek. I pulled my bow off my back and armed it with an arrow. Ever followed my lead arming her's.

"On my mark," I said to my team. I pulled the arrow back and raised my bow to eye level. I let my fingers slip from my string, and watched mine and Ever's arrows lodge into the Idron's chest. It let out a howl of pain, but Jake sliced off it's head. The body sizzled and disappeared leaving no evidence behind.

"You could have let us do something," Violet pouted folding her arms over her chest.

"Oh," Jake said bowing, "I'm so sorry your highness." Violet whacked him on the back of the head as the rest of the team cam together.

"It doesn't matter who took it out Violet," I insisted, "The job got done. That's all that matters." Violet rolled her eyes and turned away from Jake.

"Jackson!" A voice said through our headsets.

"Yes Joesph!" Ever and I both said.

"The high council requests your audience,' He said, and I looked over my team.

"Be there in fifteen," I replied. I grabbed a thin oval from my back and threw it in front of me. It hovered a foot off the ground, and I hopped on. I stomped on a button on the front of the board, and it shot forward. I weaved in between the trees heading south.

"Where are we headed?" Someone said next to me. I turned to see a boy with shaggy black hair riding a hover board.

"Who-" My board hit a tipped over tree, and I flew through the air.

"Crap!" I growled as the ground started to rush towards me. I tried to right myself but ended up tumbling across the ground till I hit into a tree.

"Jade!" I heard my team exclaim.

"I'm alright," I replied as I stood up using the tree for support.

"What happened?" Raja asked as he glided into view followed by the rest of the team and the boy.

"Who, in Sanditron, are you?" I growled jabbing a finger in his chest.

"I'm-"

"Raphael!" Someone yelled.

"Over here Katari!" He responded. A girl road through the trees. Her face was concealed by the hood of her dark green cloak. I could barely make out a boy strung on her back underneath.

"Explain to me why I went flying through the air, and how you go those?" I demanded indicating the boards they rode and scowled, "Oh some body's in trouble. Head to the tree house and watch our new "friends". I hopped on Ever's board and rode over to where my board laid on the forest floor. I jumped down and inspected the damage done to my board.

"Nothing's broken," I told Ever,"It's going got need some repairs in some spots, but it can still fly."

"Good to hear," Ever replied, "Any idea why we got new recruits?"

"Nope," I said stomping a button to make my board rise, "But I'm not happy about it. Joesph knows our policy for new recruits."

"Probably why they called us to come to HQ," Ever suggested. I nodded, and we rose above the trees. I shot forward ahead of the group feeling the cool air on my face. Towering mountains loomed off to my left in the East as we headed south. We passed over a small paved road cutting through the trees and into the mountain. The road heading west lead into a small town. The area in between was filled with trees tightly packed. I slowed when we came above the area of the tree house. I began to lose altitude till I broke through the trees and onto the wrap-around porch of the main tree house. Six wood planked bridges branched off from the main tree house, leading to smaller tree houses that served as our bedrooms. I swung open the door to the tree house and took a deep breath of the familiar air.

"Dang!" Raphael exclaimed. I grinned. Four areas split up the area: A gourmet kitchen off to the right that looked like it had been taken out of a catalog, Eight floor to ceiling shelves with a fire place in the middle and chairs to the left, and a padded area in the middle for combat practice. We headed to the last area in front of us with a sunk in couch and six chutes behind the area. The team started to load the chutes.

"Ever," I said when she went to step into a chute, "Let our friends go first." She sighed exaggerating a jester for them to board. I shook my head as she came to stand by me. We watched them disappear and waited two minutes. We got into the chutes and waved as we were shot down with a gust of air. I counted in my head to ninety, and a white marble floor specked with blue and dark green bits of glass, appeared. I braced myself for the impact. I almost landed perfectly but my foot slipped, and I knew it was all over. I didn't feel the floor meet my back. I looked up to see Raja staring down at me.

"Easy there," Raja insisted steadying me.

"Thanks," I said trying to hide my flushed cheeks.

"Any time," He nodded. We headed down the hall into a foyer lite by the sun streaming in through the dome ceiling above. A round desk was set in the middle of the area, and a guard with bright red hair doozed off in the chair. I crept forward and slammed my hand on the desk.

"What! HUH! Your not going anywhere while I'm on guard!" He pulled out a gun and pulled the safety.

"Hit the floor!" I exclaimed as he started to shoot wildly.u

"Ow!" Violet exclaimed grasping her arm where a bullet had grazed her.

"Bart! Clam down!" I shouted over the shooting.

"Huh?" He stopped peering over the desk, "Hey! Jackson! what's going on?"

"You freaked out again," I explained pulling my self up.

"Oh," he said shocked, "Did I hit anyone?"

"Yeah, me," Violet huffed, "Gesh Bart do you always sleep with a gun?" He shrugged, and we headed toward the hall leading to the high council room.

"Jade, Wait!" Bart shouted as he wheeled around the desk, "A team of inspectors searching your old home found these, told me to give them to you." He held up a pair of necklaces one with a sliver J the other with a silver E.

"No way," Ever gasped.

"Tell them thank you," I said grabbing them. I clasped mine around my neck and handed Ever her's. I felt like a part of my old life had been restored. I sighed bringing myself back to the present as we made our way to a pair of double doors bearing the sigh of the Jet society. I pushed the doors open and stopped at the edge of a circle. Three sections of risers surrounded the area. Two other halls lead off to places I didn't know. A boy with pale white hair stood in the middle starring up at a man with Jet black hair and a thing white strand of hair. He wore a dark pin stripped suit making him look superior then the other members.

"They're in the middle of a judgement," I explained stepping back a bit into the shadows.

"William Smith," The man spoke, "You like every creature of Sanditron, were given the opportunity to live among the humans."

"Didn't we just take him out?" Violet questioned.

"Yup," I replied, "Didn't expect him to get here this fast."

"William Smith, by order of the Jet society high council, you are to be sent back to Sanditron and never aloud to return to the mortal world." Two guards came into lead him off. He stopped, looking back at me with hatred filled eyes.

"Jets, proceed forward," My gaze snapped away from the boy, and I lead my team forward.

"I think you have probably guessed why you were called here, no?" The man said.

"You know the policy for new recruits is Joesph, I won't accept them," I said. A dagger whizzed past my ear lodging into the risers in front of me. I turned around to see Katari twirling another knife. Her hood had fallen from her head revealing long curly brown hair and deep green eyes.

"Don't underestimate us," Raphael insisted.

I sighed, "Fine. They're in."

That is the first chapter of my book. Sorry currently debating if I want to put certain chapters in or not so I'm currently stuck on chapter 2. Please give me feed back! THANKS!

Dark night

30 minutes left in class. Part of story idea I have. Let's see what I can do:

I leaned against the rail of the bridge staring into the dark waters below. Lights shined all around scaring away the dark shadows of the night.
"Hello Jackson," Or so I had hoped. I felt the ice cold feeling seep into my bones causing me to shiver. The lights of the bridge seemed to fade as he came toward me.
"What is a beautiful lively girl doing out on such a cold dark night?" He hissed into my ear.
"What's a dark ruthless guy like you doing around a place like this?" I shot back. I fingered the dagger hanging by my side.
He laughed, "so wit full. So beautiful." I felt his ice cold fingers run through my hair. I breathed out seeing my breath fog. I slipped my dagger from my sheath and spun around catching him in the chest. He staggered backwards onto the road scowling up at me. His eyes were a pure black, and he wore worn jeans and a button down shirt. A dark like cloud seemed to outline his shape. The blood from the wound started to stain his shirt a dark red.
"Now," He sighed, "That wasn't too nice."
I clenched my teeth, "When have you known me to be nice?"
He laughed, "So violent. Come now what happened to the sweet girl I fell in love with?" I let a low growl escape my throat and pinned him in the middle of the road. I held the dagger over his head, and he let out a metallic laugh.
"Go ahead, Kill me, What difference would it make? You've already lost," He insisted. I hit him on the side of the head and watched his eyes roll back.
"No," I said, "I will never lose."

Didn't have that much time to write much more. I really like it and the bridge is over the Seine river in France. Got the whole story idea from a picture in french class. :) Tell me what you think!

Kidnapped

Ok so just super bored and was looking through anime pics and got an idea. :)

I awoke to the immense pain in my head. I laid curled up on a soft dark green round couch. My cream colored trench coat was fanned out behind me, and my gun lay barely out of the reach of my hand. My hands were bound my the wrists along with my ankles.

"Finally. I thought they might have killed you," I moved my head to see a boy sitting on a bed a few feet away. I felt a sudden distaste for him. My memory was fuzzy making it hard to remember what had happened. I tried to reach for my gun and felt an intense electric shock in my back. I gasped waiting till the pain disappeared.

"So persistent," The boy tsked, "Why won't you just stay down?"

"Why won't you just leave me alone?" I shot back. I moved my self into a sitting position so I could face him. He had short slightly curly blond hair and pale green eyes. He wore a plain white button down shirt and dress pants. Something about him set my mind whirling with anger.

"What do you want?" I growled.

He laughed, "I should expect you to forget. Curse them for hitting you so hard," He glared off toward a door, "You'll remember soon, but just for short I love you." He got up running a finger along my face. I kicked out hard sending him spiraling onto the bed.

"And I hate you Ander," I hissed. He grinned at me saying his name. My head ached more, but I remembered. I had been walking home from D.C. head quarters. I had been knocked out while passing an ally way. Typical of him to do this. He slid off the bed like the snake he was walking toward me. I whirled around grabbing my gun and aiming it at me.

He put his hands up chuckling, "You wouldn't shoot me now would you?" I thrusted the gun to his chest.

"I would," I insisted, "You've brought me enough trouble. Unlock me now." He produced a key from a pocket pants and unlocked my wrists. I held the gun to him still as he did my ankles.

"I'm going to leave, and I swear I'll kill you in your sleep if you ever do this again," I said making my way to the door. he gave a sly grin as I opened the door and backed into something hard. I looked up to see a bulky guard blocking the door. He clasped both his hands around me and squeezed till I dropped the gun. Ander pulled out a spray can and walked toward me.

"I don't loose," He whispered in my ear spraying the stuff in my face. The smell was foul and over powering, and I felt the world slip away.

Totally random started it forever ago and just finished it. Tell me what you think and if you want more and I might add more ;) Syd over and out!

NaNoWriMo

What does the title stand for? National Novel Writing Month! It's when writiers get the chance to write a whole entire novel in one month! And yes it is suppose to be like crap. This will be the reason that I will not be able to post much for the next month. I'm going to be working on writing my life experiences from 4th grade to where I am today. Doing this is going to take a ton of time and a lot of unburying memories. I don't know what I will do with the story, but it will give me something to look back at a remember stuff. I will try and post some stories, but I don't have much creative juices flowing sorry. I will try my best. Happy NaNoWriMo!

New creature

I have officially come up with a new creatures. A charker. It is most of the time a girl who in it's true form looks drop dead gorgeous, but they're voice can either paralyze, Control, or Change your mind. Here's my story for it:

"You don't like him. You never did," her voice was like icy fingers running down my back. I kept my face emotionless as she circled me.

"You can't resist me for long," She hissed right in my ear, "You'll have to give in. He already listens to me."

"Charker," I said a puff of fog leaving my mouth.

"You know my kind," She purred, "Then you know you cannot resist me."

"Who says that? You?" I shot back. She flinched and floated in front of me. To any boy she would have been beautiful. To me she meant nothing. Her reddish blond hair had faded to light blue and now floated around her head like a halo. Her clothes were now an elegant white dress, and her skin was a pale blue that seemed to glow. She placed a clawed finger under my chin lifting it up so I was forced to look into her eyes.

"You strong Jackson," She complimented, "But he's not." She pointed over to Jake where he stood starring at us. "Come here boy." Jake complied coming over to us.

"Yes my queen," He said bowing before her. I felt hatred flare inside me.

"Let him go," I growled.

She laughed, "I never made him stay dear. He just couldn't resist me." She gave me a crude smile that faded quickly. She stared down at where my sword stuck out and blue blood started to trickle down her white dress.

"By order of the Jet forces, Your discharged," I commanded, and she disappeared in a puff of blue smoke. I heard Jake groan and fall to the ground. I ran to his side as he started to come through.

"Ugh I feel like crap," He moaned, "What happened? I saw this beautiful girl..... Aw Crap! She did not!"

I laughed, "Calm down. It's not that easy. I almost gave in."

"I'm glad you didn't," He said kissing me, "Your more beautiful than her." I blushed I slugged him in the arm. He grinned, and we both laughed as snow slowly started to fall.

Ok I had no idea how to end that so that was the best I could do. Tell me what you think!

Heartbreak

Ok so in my book Sanditron Jade and Ever's parents died in a mysterious accident and I thought I might be fun to write what happened the night they died. Here's what I got:

I was only 12. It had only been two years that I'd been in the society. Going from juggling school and the new job as leader of the Jet forces was hard enough, but that night was horrible. I remember it like a movie stuck replying in your head forever. Snow fell softly lightly touching the ground. Ever and I had just finished some training and were trudging home in the snow. Mom hadn't been there to pick us up. I got worried. She was always there to pick us up.
"It's freezing out here!" Ever grumbled shoving her hands deeper into her pockets. I let out a foggy breath.
"We're almost home," I said, "You can make it." She nodded determined not to let me down. I saw the glow of orange before we even reached the house.
"No," Ever gasped, and we took off running. We stopped in front of our house where several police man and firefighters stood trying to stop the flames. My hood fell from my head, and I felt the cold fingers of the wind whip at my ears. I tried to run toward the house, but a police man stopped me.
"Let me go!" I screamed, "My parents are in there!" It was no use. I slid to the ground sobbing. I sensed someone crouch beside me, and I looked up to see Jake. He wrapped his arms around me, and I sobbed into his chest. A paramedic came over a few minutes later.
"We couldn't find anybodies," He explained, "The fire burned everything in the house. We're sorry." I nodded as more tears started to fall.
"We better go tell Joesph," Jake said helping me to my feet. I took one look at the remains of the house before walking away into the cold, dark night.
* * * * *

Yes I know depressing! But it's what happened. It's what made Jade the person who she is in my book. She hardly trusts anyone and she isn't too nice sometimes. What do you expect from a hurt teen? Tell me what you think! :D

Bollywood

Ok so I've been needing new story ideas to mess around with and I asked one of my friends who has really enjoyed my stories and she gave me the idea for it to take in Bollywood India. Well this is what I got from it :)

"Woah! Look Jade it's an elephant!" Jake exclaimed staring out of the small taxi window.

"Yes Jake I've seen at least ten of those now," I said rolling my eyes.

"Well sorry I was sleeping."

"Your always sleeping."

"You point?"

"Jake," I sighed rubbing my temples, "The boss sent us here on an important mission. We're suppose to be serious about this." He leaned across the seat pressing his lips against mine.

"I know," He said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear, "We can have a little of fun while we guard the princess right? I mean come on we're in India for Pete sakes!" I laughed kissing him again. The driver yelled something in Indian, and we both laughed. It was a ten minute drive to the mansion where the princess lived. A winding cobble stone drive way lead up to the front door where a serious man waited to greet us.

"I'm guessing that's his highness himself," Jake stated as the car stopped. We stepped out of the car as the taxi driver grabbed our things.

"You must be Mr. Darklight and Miss. Jackson," The king said, "It is a pleasure to have you two here. Please follow--" A scream ripped through the air and something crashed from inside. A girl dressed in an Indian dress with a bead on her forehead stormed out of the house. I looked at Jake as his eyes widened.

"Father I--" She stopped short when she saw me, and her mouth dropped open.

"Abirami," The king smiled, "These are your new bodyguards."

"Ok I'm freaked out," Jake stated looking between the princess and I. We had the exact same hair and facial expressions, but our eyes were completely different colors, her's were a dark exotic brown, mine were a bright green.

The king looked at both of us for the first time, "My goodness! This is odd. Well I will leave you all to get to know each other. Good day." He left into the house where two guards met up with him. The princess waited till her father was out of site and then got up close in my face.

"Listen here guard," She hissed her voice dripping venom, "I don't need no 'bodyguard' ok? So you just mind your business and I'll mind mine. Sound good?" I cocked and eyebrow and gentle pushed away from her.

"No that doesn't sound good," I stated, "Your father hired us to guard you cause of the terrorist attack." The princess rolled her eyes and folded her arms.

"I don't care. I can handle some idiot terrorists. Just leave me be. Got it?" She said and stalked back into the house.

"Ouch," Jake said, "Something tells me she doesn't like us"

"No? Really?" I said laughing, "Let's get our stuff." We grabbed our duffle bags and walked up the walkway into the front entrance. Two flights of grand stairs cases made out of white marble. The area in between lead into a pure white room with a grand piano. A butler stood at the end of the stairs waiting for us.

"My name is Joesph," He said in a weird accent, "I will be showing you to your rooms." He lead us up the stairs to the right and down a wide hallway with a designer rug adjourned with beads on the edges. He stopped in front of two open doors across from each other.

"These will be your rooms for your stay," Joesph said, "If you need anything just pick up the phone by the bed."

"Thank you," I said. He nodded and left the way we had come.

"See you in a minute?" Jake said as he headed to the door on the left.

"Ok and then we'll go take a look around," I replied and he nodded.

I stepped into the room and instantly smelt a strong scent of roses. My head started to throb as I walked all the way in. Flower petals were scattered over the white sheets and floor of the room. I'd never seen so much white in my life. An elephant statue sat in the far corner made out of white marble like the stairs. I walked over and reached out to touch it.

"We are not suppose to touch any elephant statues," A voice scolded behind me. I turned to see
Abriami leaning against the door frame. She wore dark red robes with a scarf wrapped around her head. He walked into the room shutting the door behind her.

"Look I'm sorry about earlier," She said, "It's just, to tell you the truth, I'm frightened. I was attacked at school by one of the terrorist. It's why my father pulled me out and hired you. I never wanted any of that to happen." She sat down on the bed, and I didn't know what to do.

"I'm sorry," I said.

"Tomorrow is my birthday party and all of my friends are coming. My father has considered canceling my party! What am I to do?" She threw her arms up in the air and laid down on the bed.

"Um," I shifted from one foot to the other nervously, "If you want I could talk to him. You know get him to let you."

"You'd do that?"

"Sure."

"Oh thank you!" She jumped up and gave me a hug, "Before the party you can so wear something of mine! You'll fit right in. We can even find Jake something." She smiled from ear to ear. I laughed smiling back. A light knock came on the door.

"Anyone home?" Jake asked as he came in, "I can see your both enjoying yourselves." Abirami scowled at him leaving the room. He looked at me confused.

"Don't worry about it," I laughed, "Let's go check out the grounds." I placed my bag on the bed and grabbed my small sliver dagger from the the bottom. I slipped it into the sheath around my waist and headed out the door.

"Hey I want to try something," I said as we got to the stairs. He looked at me puzzled as I jumped on the railing and slid down to the bottom. He laughed following my lead. The house had a total of 20 doors. We didn't dare open all of them. There was a double floor library, a gourmet kitchen, and a grand theater with a balcony and concession stand.

"Ok I'm never leaving," Jake said jumping into a giant bean bag. I jumped on the other side sending him rolling off. I laughed, and he jumped on sending me flying. We both started laughing. Someone cleared their voice above us, and we stood up.

The king stared down at us, "I can see you have found your way around."

"Yes your majesty," Jake said, "Your house is very nice."

"Um... sir can I talk with you privately?" I questioned.

"Come up to my study. Last door on the right down the left hall," He stated. I nodded and left the room. I found the king sitting in a room surrounded by floor to ceiling book shelves. A wide widows was behind his desk. He sat behind the elegant wooden desk and I sat down in one of the chairs in front of it.

"What was it you needed to talk to me about?" he asked.

"Um.... Your daughter said she had her party coming up tomorrow," I said.

"She isn't having it," He stated.

"Sir hear me out," I sighed, "It's a special day for your daughter and you didn't hire Jake and I for no reason. Were the best in our school. Please let her have her party. I assure you that we will keep her safe." The king looked at me for a while studying me.

"If you fail me Miss Jackson my full rag will come out," He said.

"I understand," I replied. I got up to leave.

"Jade?" He said, and I turned around, "I trust you." I nodded leaving the room.

* * * * *

"Hold still," I let out a cough as Abirami put more powder on my face, "There! You look amazing." I turned around looking at my face in the vintage table mirror.

"Wow," I gasped. I wore a black Indian dress. My hair was pulled back and curled. I didn't want to upset Abirami on her birthday so I had let her completely dress me up. We heard the doorbell ring.

"Party time!" Abirami squealed. She grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the room. Jake stood leaning on the banister by the stairs. He looked up when he saw us coming.

"You both look amazing," Jake complimented. Abirami blushed and headed down the stairs.

"I'll be closer to Abirami tonight," I said, "You can be around in the crowd. Talk with some of the the people. We need to find-" He pressed his lips against mine.

"You talk way too much," He said pulling away.

"And you don't talk enough," I shot back. He laughed, and I walked down the stairs. Teens wearing different outfits filed in through the doors heading for the doors to the outside deck or the theater down the hall or down the stairs where there was a giant ballroom.

"Hey Abirami!" A boy with dark hair wearing a black robe with red lining walked up to me, "I've been looking everywhere for you. I want to show you something outside." He grabbed my hand and tugged me outside. Soft music played from the DJ stand on the balcony above the yard. The boy pulled me till we were out of site of the house.

"Hey um, I'm not-" He put a finger to my lips.

"I'm sorry. They paid me," He said as several dark figures advanced forward from the foliage. I clenched my teeth hard together and kicked out at the closest figure who caught my foot. He twisted it hard at the wrong angle, and I tried to scream out in pain by a cloth was wrapped around my mouth.

"So sorry princess," A bulky figure said spraying something in my face and the world blacked out.

* * * * *

(Ok I'm about to try something totally new! I'm going to do a part from Jake's point of view! EEEKKK! Here's what I came up with)

I stood on the balcony of the mansion. The DJ was blaring music next to me, and I watched the teenagers dancing below. I wanted to be down there dancing with Jade. Just me and her, but it was never like that. Always something getting in the way. I sighed watching the different colored outfits sway to the beat of the music. I didn't wear the same outfit as most of the teen boys. I stayed with my comfy worn jeans, dark tee, worn sneakers and a thin Nike jacket that matched Jade's. A quick movement through the crowd caught my eye, and I saw a glimpse of Jade's dress. A boy with dark hair tugged her along down the hill where he thought he was out of site. Not out of my line of site though. Jade tried to explain something to the boy, but he stopped her. He said something and several dark figures advanced on Jade. I didn't hesitate as I jumped over the balcony and into the crowd below. Everyone looked at me, but I took off running down the hill. I made it to the area were the terrorist were, but the sound of a helicopter came from above descending down to the ground.

"No! JADE!" I exclaimed racing to the helicopter as it started to take off. I barely caught the ladder as it left the ground. I held on tightly as it was pulled up. When I came into view of the terrorist pulling up the ladder, and he was about to say something when I punched him in the face.

"What is going- Who the heck are you?!" Another terrorist exclaimed coming into the area. I hit him hard with my foot, and he staggered toward me and out the helicopter. I watched him fall and felt the barrel of the gun being pressed into the small of my back and cursed.

"That was not a smart move boy," A husk voice said, "You must be the princess's new body guard no? Sit down." I did what he said. He still pointed the gun at me as he shut the door to the helicopter. He had a long gray beard and wore dark robes like the boy I had seen.

"What's your name?" He barked.

"William," I said not daring to give my real name, "William Stride."

"I've never heard of you, William Stride," The man huffed, "How are you a body guard for the princess at such a young age?"

"I've been trained," I said.

"Well you haven't been trained that well," He stated hitting me on the head with the butt of the gun. Shearing pain shot through my body, and I heard him laugh as everything faded to darkness.

* * * * *

(Ok back to Jade.)

I woke up to find myself tied to a pole in a ware house. I laid on the cold hard floor and my body ached for sleeping wrong. I rearranged my hands before sitting up. Several crates were stacked around the area, and a guard patrolled at the end of the stacks. I heard him shout something in a different language, and a man with a gray beard wearing robes like the boy who had brought me to this fate. He came towards me towering over me. He crouched down running a finger along by face stopping on the scar running from my eye to my jaw. He looked me in the eyes and said something I couldn't understand.

"You are no the princess," He growled.

"No duh!" I hissed. I kicked out with my feet hitting him square in the jaw. His head snapped back hard, but he recovered fast.

"You," He shouted pointing to the guard at the end of the crates, "Come grab her." The guard obeyed coming behind the pole to unlock the chains. I gave a small smile causing the old man in front of me too look confused. The chains slackened, and I knocked the man off his feet bolting down the row of crates.

"GET HER!" The man shouted. I didn't look behind me as I rounded the corned almost running into a bulky man.

"Hi," I said, and he snorted. The other guard stood behind me. Trapped? Not likely. I grabbed onto the crate next to me and jumped on top. I hopped up on the crates till I reached the top I looked down over the warehouse and spotted Jake tied to a chair in the far corner. How did he get here? No time to think about that. I looked above me at the rafters that looked like monkey bars. I jumped up grabbing on to the nearest bar. I swung myself from bar to bar till I came to the pile of crates closest to Jake. He kept struggling against the ropes restraining him to the chair.

"Psst! Jake!" I whispered. His head snapped up looking around the room. I gave a little wave, and he smiled. I slowly climbed down the crates and crept over to him.

"Do I want to know how you got here?" I asked untying him from the chair.

"Probably not," He replied. I nodded looking around the area.

"Any idea where a door is?" I said. Jake looked around and then pointed.

"There," He said, and we took off running to it. We opened it up into the cold night air. Jake pulled out his cellphone.

"Here you call," He said.

"Why?" I asked

"Cause we have company," He stated pointing to a group of angry terrorist coming towards us. Jake dashed forward as I pounded the numbers on the phone. The boss picked up after three rings.

"Darklight? What's wrong?" He said.

"It's Jade," I said, "Jake and I found the terrorist, We need re-" The phone was snatched from my hand, and I turned around to see the old man behind me.

"You thought you could get away that easily?" He laughed, "Think again." I grabbed me by the arm pinning it painfully behind my back. Jake fought hard against the last guard, and I watched as the guard fell.

"Oh boy!" The man shouted, "Look who I have!" I saw the glint of a dagger as he raised it to my neck.

"Let her go!" Jake shouted enraged.

"So you know her?" The man said running the tip of the dagger along my face, "She must be of some importance to come after her no?" He let out a laugh pressing the dagger into my cheek a bit.

"STOP!" Jake exclaimed.

"Surrender boy," He stated, "I want you to beg for mercy!" He moved the dagger down to my arm drawing more blood. Jake's eyes start to water and tears spilled over. A bright light shown down on the man suddenly.

"Give up York!" A voice shouted from the helicopter.

He huffed, "Fine, but I'm not going down alone." She drove the dagger into my side, and I screamed out of pain as he released me putting his hands above his head. Jake ran to my side slowly pulling the dagger out. I let out shaky breath trying to control my breathing. Jake wrapped his arm around me as familiar figures dropped from the sky. My head started to spin and soon I blacked out.

* * * * * *

I could feel the bright lights shining on me. I slowly opened my eyes to the white hospital room.

"Hey," Jake softly said beside me, "How you feeling?"

"Like I died and came back," I said hoarsely. He laughed, and I examined myself. My arm and side were wrapped up, and I could feel some kind of bandage on my cheek.

"Did they-?" I asked, but couldn't finish my sentence.

"Yeah," Jake said sticking a piece of hair behind my ear, "The princess and her family are safe now." I smiled closing my eyes.

"Thanks for coming after me," I said.

"You know I'd never let them take you," He stated and gentle kissed me.

* * * * *

Ok so that is the end of it. Yes I know super long! My longest yet! I would like to give thanks to my friend Sarah s. Thank you so much for the idea! I had fun with it! Hope you all enjoy! Tell me what you think!

p.s. I have no idea why everything is in doble spacing. Sorry! :)

First meeting

I have been going nuts ever since lunch today! Well considering when you find out something amazing you start to get crazy story ideas. I've decided to write how Jake and Jade met. :) Here we go:

The mall was crowded with the many black Friday shoppers. I sat with my legs crossed watching people cram into stores dying for the great deals. I took a sip of my orange juice from the Styrofoam cup I held. My dark hair was braid down my back and I wore a long black sleeve shirt with a dark green tank top on top. I wore my favorite brown vest with my favorite hidden pocket holding my dagger. A small bag sat at me feet with a stack of book inside. I didn't care for shopping, but for books.... I had to give in. I watched as a boy with shaggy blond hair and bright blue eyes passed me for the third time. I cocked an eyebrow as he disappeared into the crowd. I grabbed the bag at my feet and followed. It wasn't hard to tail the boy through the persistent shoppers. He took one look back at me, smiled, and took a sharp turn down an employees only hall.
"Where are you going?" I said under my breath. I checked behind me before ducking down the hall. He stood at the end with his arms folded.
"I suspected you'd follow," He stated.
"What do you expect when someone passes by you three times?" I retored, "What's your name?"
"Jake," He replied, "Jake Darklight."
"And I'm Luke," A voice said behind me grasping me hard around the chest. I smirked throwing him over my shoulder. He hit the ground with a whoosh as the air left his lungs. I grabbed my dagger from it's pocket and pressed it to his neck. The boy Jake started to come toward me, but a girl with flowing blond hair came in grasping a similar dagger to mine.
"Not so fast cutie," She said. Jake stepped back a bit as I let Luke up.
"Who are you?" Luke panted.
"The name's Jade," I nodded, "Jade Jackson. This is my sister Ever. We work for the Jet society. We've been watching you for the past few days."
"I told you we were being followed! But noooo! You thought I was crazy!" Luke exclaimed shoving a finger in Jake's chest. Jake rolled his eyes.

"How long have you been on your own?" Ever asked.
"Two years," Jake sighed, "Our mom and dad died in a car accident. We ran away from our foster home."
"Then you'll fit right," I said and they both smiled.
* * * * *

Ok so that's just a little bit. They're all around 12. Jade and Ever were 8 when they came into the Jet society officially. They're parents had worked for it since they were teens. I might post some other little random behind the scene stories idk. Tell me what you think. :)

Sanditron: Prologue

Ok be warned this is the prologue for my book I'm writing and I'm not done revising the first chapter so bear with me. :) Here's the prologue:

"We can make it," Maria panted trying to convince herself. She held tight to sterling's limp form, praying he was still alive. Several parts of Maria's body screamed in pain, but she refused to give up.
"Maria," an eerie chorus of voices hissed.
"No," She gasped trying to hurry faster.
"Maria?" Sterling moaned. Maria set him up against a tree, and he tried to get up.
"Careful!" Maria exclaimed as he stumbled.
"What happened?" Sterling asked glancing around, "Where's the team? Are you okay?" Maria took a shaky breath as tears started to form in her eyes. She turned away from sterling only to feel him wrap his arms around her. She let the tears silently fall. Movement came from behind them followed by an eerie cackle. Maria felt sterling tense and turned around to look at him.
"Please tell me I'm hearing things," Sterling begged looking into the distance.
Maria started to sob, "No. I was barely able to get you away before you passed out. I thought I had lost them." Sterling's face turned hard and cold.
"How many?"
"We can't....fight them," Maria sniffed.

Sterling looked down at her, "Why?" Figures started to come through the foliage. Sterling counted four in all.
"No," Sterling gasped.
"Yes Jackson," the first figure, a chocolate brown skin colored boy, insisted, "You have lost."
"No!" Sterling growled, "I loose when I'm dead!"
"That can be arranged," The boy grinned. Two shadows appeared, the outlines matching Sterling's and Maria's Maria slid her hand into sterling's. His had started to course with a thin orange stratus cloud like substance. The shadows and figures hissed backing away. Sterling glanced over at Maria who's eyes had glazed over.

"Maria?" he said as she dropped his hand and walked forward, "Maria no!" It was too late. the shadow engulfed Maria as she let out a scream. Her irises grew over her eyes turning them completely black. She spun around smiling at Sterling.
"NO!" Sterling exclaimed dashing into the trees. He listened for persuit, but none followed. He stumbled onto the familiar cobblestone pathway.
"So close," Sterling sighed. he looked over to the left to see the big giant door in the side of the mountain. He ran his fingers along the vines on the door. He found the small hole and pulled the silver necklace from around he neck. He pressed the small sliver 'S' into the hole, and a bright light shot out. A series of clicks sounded when the light receded. The door popped open a crack, and sterling could feel the cool breeze coming from beyond. He looked back into the trees and felt tears flow down his cheeks.
"Goodbye," He whispered and stepped through the door.
67 years later

Dissaperance (part 3)

OK so this is continuing from my last post. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do for it, but I got it walking home from walmart. :)

I woke to the jolt of movement and banged my head against something hard. I groaned lifting my hand to my head and instantly wished I was dead. My hair was done in a thousand ringlets of curls and I wore a long flowing red dress with a sequence of gems at an angle. I sat up on the seat of a car. The windows were too tinted to see anything, but I could tell by the movement I was in a car. The car screeched to a halt, and I grasped the side for reassurance. The door opened and light streamed in. I was in the back of a limo and outside I could hear the traffic of down town New york. A chauffeur stood with the door open, but I didn't go near it.
"Do what I say or you'll never see your precious Jake again," A voice spoke into my ear, and I felt the tinny speaker. I growled stepping out of the car. A red carpet lead from the car up to the front door of an elegant hotel. Swarms of photographers stood by the sides of the carpet held back by police guards. I stumbled as I walked down the carpet in high heels. I was going to kill James. I took one look over my shoulder catching the eye of a familiar photographer aiming his camera straight at me, before I disappeared into the hotel.
The main lobby was decorated with elegant furniture and a giant chandelier in the middle. People filed toward a pair of double doors leading into a grand ballroom. I spotted James standing by the door in a soft gray tux. He smirked when he saw me and held out he arm. I took a deep breath and slid my arm through. I pushed down the chills going up and down my spine as we made our way into the ballroom. Soft classical music played from a band set up by floor to ceiling windows. A balcony surrounded the area and people miled around on top.
"Ah, Mr. Holler we've been expecting you," I looked up to see a man with white hair wearing a plain white tux that if you starred at it too long you'd go blind, "Who is this fine young lady?" He took my hand kissed it. I keep my face cold and hard holding back the urge to slap him.
"This would be Jade Jackson," James stated. The man's face turned white as he stared from me to James.
"James-" The man said.
"No worries sir," James reassured, "She can't do any harm. I have something... close to her." He wrapped his arm around my waist, and I caught a sudden movement from the balcony above.
"No harm?" I smirked. James and the man looked at me with confused looks. I shoved James hard to the side, and a dark suited figure yanked me up onto the balcony.
"Jackson!" James shouted, "Did you forget our deal?"
"The deals off James," Jake leaned over the balcony still holding tight to my waist, "You should consider hiring new guards." We rose up out of the ballroom toward a helicopter.
"Nice disguises back there," I said as we got into the helicopter.
"It wasn't that hard," He said, "Your the one that was hard to find." He pulled me toward him and kissed me wrapping his finger in my curls.
"Woah! Trying to fly here!" A male voice shouted from the front.
"Then don't watch Luke!" Jake shot back, and he laughed as we flew over the bright lights of New York City.

Ok so I really like this one, but I would like to hear what you think. Leave me a comment. :) THANKS! :D

Dissaperance (part 2)

OK I was reading over the last one and it was really rushed. I apologize for that and I will work on making it sound less rushed. Here's what I got:

I sat in the crowded coffee, my feet propped up on the table and a smoothie in my hand. I sat by the window watching the late employees rush to the tall skyscrapers lined up along the streets. A girl with flowing blond hair slid into the chair across from me. A hat was pulled down low covering her face.
"You know it's not polite to put your feet on the table," She stated.
"It's not polite to tell someone what to do," I shot back. I saw a smile creep onto her face as she looked up at me.
"What are you doing here Jade?" She asked.
"You should know me by now Ever," I replied, "Jake went on a mission. James kidnapped him."
"Typical," She nodded, "You always seem to have an old rival on your hands." I rolled my eyes taking a drink of my smoothie.
"I need your help."
"Guessed that. What with?"
"The normal stuff," I grinned. She laughed and stood up.
"Shall we head to my place?" She asked. I nodded following her out of the shop. We made our way down the street and into the subway. We boarded and found a spot away from the people.
"How long?" She asked.
"A day."
"So not that long?"
"Long enough for me. I knew he shouldn't have gone."
"And you didn't tell anyone?"
"When do I tell other people what I'm doing?"
"True," We both stared out the window as the subway screeched to a sudden stop. Ever looked at me with a worried look.
"We apologize for the inconvenience," A familiar voice came over the intercom, "We've run into a problem. Could we have Jade Jackson come to the front of the car?"
"Great," I huffed pulling out my pocket knife making my way to the front of the car. The door to the driving area opened, and I looked over my shoulder to see Ever right behind me.
"Stay here," I insisted, "I don't want anything to happen to you too." She sighed, but nodded. I took a deep breath stepping into the dim area of the driving coach. The door slammed behind me and single light came on over James who sat in the conductor's chair.
"There's my favorite girl!" He exclaimed smiling. I flipped open my pocket knife and growled.
"I'm not your girl Holler," I hissed.
He laughed, "Your his though." Jake was shoved into the light, and he fell to his knees. He had a long gash running down his left arm, and his face was twisted in pain.
"Jade," He panted when he saw me. He collapsed forward onto the ground and laid there motionless. James laughed as I tried to run towards him, but hands grasped my arms hard.
"Let him go Holler!" I shouted struggling against the guards that towered over me.
"No can do," James tsked, "You see I have a plan, and I need you to cooperate." He picked Jake up and shoved him into a near by chair. I tried to kick out at one of the guards, but they squeezed harder on my arms. I clenched my teeth ignoring the pain.
"Tie her up," James commanded and the guards threw me into the conductor's chair and quickly tied me to it. The ropes bit into my ankles and my arms. The texture of the ropes made my the skin it touched turn red and burn.
"I wouldn't struggle if I were you," James explained, "The rope is make of a fine brand of hair imported from china. If you move too much then it will just burn straight through your skin." He got close in my face and I spit hitting him in the eye. He wiped it and slapped me hard across the face.
"You're going to regret that," He said, and a fowl smell entered my nose and I passed out.

I really like this one. It's more slower and I got to add in my twin's character so yea. Tell me what you think. :)

Disappearance (part 1)

Ok so this is just a little bit of random. Kinda need to do something to keep my mind occupied.

"A week?" I gapped plopping down on the edge of his bed.
"Yup," He sighed zipping up his bag. I put my hand on top of the bag, and he set his on top.
"Do you have to go?" I asked trying not to cry.
"You know what the boss said," he insisted, "besides I'll be back before you know it." He put a hand on my cheek and I put my hand on top of his. He kissed me, and I let the tears flow.
"Why are you crying?" He asked brushing my tears away.
"I'm afraid I'll loose you, or worse," I sniffed. He kissed me again this time longer.
"You'll never loose me," He soothed. The door opened, and a women in a pin stripped suit stepped in.
"Your car is ready, Mr. Darklight," She said leaving the room just like she had come in. I grabbed Jake's arm before he could leave. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him like I never had before. He held me, and I never wanted him to leave. I didn't go with him to see him out. I watched from is window as the car pulled away down the gravel road toward somewhere unknown.
* * * * *
I spun the bow staff above my head as I made my way through the virtual training. I ran through the halls of a run down mansion with ripped curtains, and rotting carpet that made me gag. I heard the all too familiar laugh and froze on my tracks.
"Hello Jackson," I spun around to see him standing at the end of the hall. He blonde hair curly as ever, his pale green eyes shown from the light of the fading sun. He wore a graphic tee and faded jeans. Looking so ordinary, but no one knew what was really behind all the looks.
"What do you want holler?" I growled.
"Nothing," He smirked, "Except revenge." He pointed behind me and through a pair of doors I could see Jake strapped to a chair. Blood seeped from many gashes all over his body.
"Turn it off!" I screamed and the scene disappeared. I stormed over to the exit and down the hall. Techicians moved out of the way as I made my way to the booth above the training area.
"What was that!?" I exclaimed bursting into the room startiling several techicians. A boy with short brown hair leaned back in a chair with his hands clasped smiling at me.
"It's a new proto type," he explained. I slammed him up onto the control pannel his face turning.
"I swear you do that again and I'll kill you. Instantly," I growled. He nodded, and I let him go. I left the room ramming into someone.
"Jade," The women in pin stripped suit collected the papers she had dropped.
"Here let me help," I insisted. I helped grab the last of them, and we both stood up.
"Mr. Larn needs to speak with you," She told me.
"I'll head there now," I made my way down a series of hallways and stairs till I came to the headmaster's office.
"Come in Jackson," A voice said before I could knock. I walked into the room. A fire place to my left was on and the bookshelves around it seems to invite me in. I sat down into one of the chairs in front of the headmaster's desk. He white hair looked darker, and his face was solomn.
"What happened? Is Jake ok?" I asked before he could speak.
"His car was ambushed on the freeway. We lost contact with him not long after that," He explained, "We got a transmission from a boy by the name of James an hour later." I threw my hands up in frustration and shoved the chair back and headed for the door.
"Where are you going Jackson?" He questioned. I stopped in the door way and looked back at him.
"I'm going to go save Jake," I insisted.

Ok I will add on to this tomorrow. It is late and I have school tomorrow. Tell me what you think!
